No Project is ever the same with it's own intricacies and needs. After an initial consultation, we'll create a proposal with an estimate of the hours it will take to provide you with completed, stamped documents, ready for building. As with most service firms, Cory Smith Designs provide services on an hourly basis.

6. Oversee Construction Bidding (three weeks):

If you decide to bid your job to another builder, we can help you review the bids that you receive from the different contractors. A builder may shoot you a single construction cost ‘number’, with no details, or you may receive a detailed sheet with more line items than you know what to do with. It may be very difficult to know who has included what, and to what degree, from each bid.
